De participates in a Ning social group consisting of eCrater store shopkeepers. Shopkeepers share their knowledge of collecting, small business tips, and online selling to name a few. The Ning network is a valuable social tool for viral marketing.
Twitter is a valuable tool also for viral marketing and my experience is to target your followers.
Tumblr also has a platform for posting communication, photos and videos. It is easy to build a community of followers that is reciprocated by reblogging. De builds a community by reblogging others posts that stay within my interests and target audience.
Now the last but yet the first social network for De was eBay. De has been a member of eBay since 1997 and keeps a foot in the door for future sales or charity auctions. The recent development of the Fashion section of eBay has drawn my interest again.
